Our Policies
30% fee for Late Cancellation or Late Reschedule
50% fee for No-Shows
Must cancel or reschedule 48hrs in advance.*
All appointments must be confirmed with a credit/debt* card.
*card will not be charged unless late cancel/reschedule or no-show.
*Please note that if you need to reschedule due to personal reasons, including your period, our late cancellation fee still applies
Appointments Preferred
​All appointments have a 7 minute grace period. Your appointment will be cancelled after 7 minutes and it will be considered a No-Show.
PLEASE call us if you are running late so we can make adjustments if possible.
