Our Policies

24-HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY

Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.

Late cancellations or rescheduling: 30% fee

No-shows: 50% fee

All appointments must be confirmed with a valid credit or debit card on file. If a cancellation or no-show fee cannot be processed using the card on file, the fee may be added to your next appointment.

Please note that if you need to reschedule due to personal reasons, including your period, our late cancellation fee still applies

Appointments Preferred

All appointments have a 7 minute grace period. Your appointment may be cancelled after 7 minutes.

PLEASE call us if you are running late so we can make adjustments if possible!
