Meet The Team

Madison is the founder of MAD WAX. She is a licensed Clinical Esthetician and Master Wax Specialist with 7+ years of experience specializing in Brazilian Waxing. Madison started her career at a waxing chain where she was lead specialist and wax trainer for over 3 years. She strives to make sure MAD WAX always gives you that small business feel with BIG results! Madison is working towards building her MAD WAX team of estheticians and taking over the waxing industry in Florida.

Neva has been a licensed cosmetologist and master esthetician since 1985. During the course
of her career, she has become an expert in skin consultation, facial treatments including chemical peels, dermaplaning and microneedling. She also specializes in eyebrow redefining and tinting and eyelash tinting. She has overseen day-to-day operations for day and destination spas and trained estheticians across the country. Neva has owned her own esthetic business for over 20 years and has emphasized educating her clients about skin care and has demonstrated how to step into aging gracefully. Most recently she has relocated to
Florida and is working as a personal development and consciousness coach. She will be
publishing her first book about the beauty business in fall of 2022.
